- How do points and vouchers work?
- Points and vouchers both spend at checkout, 1:1. 100 points = $1 of market value. Vouchers come from sign-up, locker checks and promo codes — you can spend them directly on skins, or convert them to points on your account page.
- How do I earn points for free?
- Open the Quests page. Confirming your email, adding your Epic nickname, running a locker check, converting vouchers and building a cart pays enough points for Black Knight and Renegade Raider. First order and a referral add extra for other OG skins. Every quest is verified server-side, so claims are instant once the condition is met.
- How does the locker checker work?
- Enter your Epic nickname on the Locker page. Each cosmetic is priced from the live catalogue by rarity, series, release era and style count, then summed. Your first check adds 500 vouchers. No password is ever requested and there is no KYC step.
- How fast is delivery?
- Orders are queued the moment checkout succeeds and are usually delivered within minutes. You can follow the status (Paid → Delivered) in Account → Orders. Make sure the Epic nickname on the order is exactly right.
- How do I use a promo code?
- Discount codes (percent or fixed) go into the promo field at checkout. Codes that add points are redeemed on your account page instead. Each code has its own usage limit and per-user limit.
- Can I pay with real money?
- Not yet. Right now the market runs entirely on points and vouchers you earn through quests, locker checks and promo codes. Card and crypto top-ups are planned.
- How do I sign in?
- Use Continue with Epic Games on /id/login or /id/register. Email sign-up is closed — new accounts must be created through Epic. Existing email accounts can still sign in with a password on /id/login.
- I forgot my password
- Open /id/forgot and enter your email. The reset link stays valid for 30 minutes, and using it signs out every other device. Repeated wrong passwords temporarily lock the account for 15 minutes.
- Why is an item priced the way it is?
- Price = rarity/series base × cosmetic type factor × release-era multiplier × age × number of styles. Chapter 1 items carry the biggest premium, and never-returning battle-pass grails (Black Knight, Renegade Raider, Aerial Assault Trooper) get an extra collector multiplier so they sit above shop skins.
- Is this safe? Do you need my password?
- We never ask for your Epic password and never request KYC documents. Sessions are stored hashed, passwords use argon2id, and every sensitive action is rate limited and audit logged. We are not affiliated with Epic Games.
- I need a human
